Everything was clean and great. Overall the staff was polite. My single room with the fantastic view and private bathroom was big. The location of the hotel was marvellous and incredible - at a short distance from a medieval cathedral. I came here for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay...

Beds were a little firm.

This place is conveniently located in the center, easily accessible by public transportation; we stayed in a lovely queen room and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the city.

The location here is really convenient and amazing. For instance, you can reach famous places like Medici Chapel within a 10-15 minute walk. Plus, it's super close to the lively downtown area and city center.

The hotel is charming, small, and quirky. the staff are accommodating. - the location is marvelous and perfect, minutes from an unfinished basilica. - It is surely very good value for money.

We spent 4 days in Florence and was surprise because Hotel Lorena is close to trains station, just only 7 minute walking. The hotel is so close to San Lorenzo market, Duomo, and many other museums. The staffs are so helpful and speak good english and gave me many information about Florence and printed all information that we needed. We enjoy during our stay in Florence, enjoy the hotel and enjoy the best location in the heart of Florence. My wife really enjoy the local market with local food which just 2 minute walking from Lorena.

Furniture leaves a lot to be desired, but mattresses and pillows are great.
